CST Summer Basketball Program
Improving in basketball takes consistent and hard work! It is common knowledge that if you practice something every day you will improve in it. For basketball, players can get good quick, but to master the skills a player must work at it all the time. The CST summer workout covers all areas of basketball strength with a focus on conditioning; speed, agility, vertical training, proper technique, weight training, teamwork, competitive obstacles, education, travel, skill development and one of the most important factors of the summer, fun!
